Providing proactive, self-service problem resolution 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, eHelp (Electronic Help) is an online first-level technical support resource for the Cal Poly Pomona campus community.  It provides a central location for questions, resources, technical consulting and services related to campus.

It was created and is maintained within the Instructional & Information Technology (I&IT) Division.
